Vision: I really like the softness of the art. It looks really thought out and planned. I like that it is very simple, yet still catches your eye.

Originality: Although it is based off of another's art, I really like that you made it your own.

Technique: I gave it a 4 because it was very well done (Especially since it was done in photoshop). The only thing that I would suggest improving is the blending of the colors only a bit more, the area I mean is the blue vest. The other thing is that the hair is one mass and I would suggest adding some more lines to define the strands in the hair. It doesn't have to be much, but a few to show that the hair is not one mass sitting on the head. Otherwise, the technique of the art is very good. I like that the nose and the face are shaded realistically.

Impact: The impact is great. It immediately drew my attention with the softness of the art and the colors that stand out.

I hope that this will help you to only improve your art! Hopefully I don't sound too demeaning, as it was not my intention.
