Oh, amazing, very nice colours. I'm actually looking at the image as a standalone version in my browser and Firefox is displaying it on a dark background. The transparency makes it look great! I'm not sure if you want to add a background, but it has a very different effect on me when viewing it on the much brighter background of dA.
I guess it depends if you want to make her stand out radiantly with a contrast or if you want her to be surrounded by light instead - I think both would work with the light effects you placed on her (glowing silhouette, skin and hair reflection, colour luminosity).
But it's nice to see that it works with all backgrounds, which is not always something people do when creating images with transparent backgrounds.

One thing that I'm not sure about is her anatomy. Of course, as a Gem, it differs greatly from human anatomy, but still, her neck might be a bit too far on her left (our right). For me, this is reinforced by the darker shading line on the left (our right) of her neck.
I'm not good at anatomy myself. I might be completely wrong about this.

The only other thing I could see room for improvement for is the rendering of the base shapes. The most extreme example is the belt, which seems quite sketchy as it is right now. In general, this is fine, because you put the focus on the upper part of the body.

As far as the character is concerned, I think you have captioned her quite well, I can see aspects of Garnet (as it should be).
So yeah, good job, really well done, clean work.
