The shapes and texture and kind of rough-ish look about this feel like something out of a children's book (this is meant positively, haha - I like children's book illustrations!), but ......a really, really sad children's book. I like how expressive this is - all the miserable pointy angles of Terezi wrapped up in the soft roundness of her dragon cape.
