Interesting concept! The characters are well-drawn and shaded nicely, they all look anatomically correct, plus the overall size of the characters -considering camera angle- appears to be correct as well. The two figures (Shadow and Eclipse) who are up front are bigger than the other characters in the back which gives the right perspective and dimension, well done there.

The dark colors, expressions and fog gives a generally gloomy mood, so I must say, you and your collab partner has done a successful job in expressing the atmosphere of this scene. What could be improved on? Mostly, the trees. Though this will be for your partner, the bases of the trees (particularly the middle 3) look slightly like pedestals, if you know what I mean.
But, I can see what you were trying to do, as most trees don't go straight down into the ground as they are rooted... with roots. perhaps, you can make it curve down and gradually fade into the soil. Or add a layer of soil covering the base of the tree to show it's ingrained. The rounded edges gives the pedestal-like look, you see.

Either way, this drawing is pretty good! For sure, I see great potential so do keep drawing and trying out new things <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="366" title=" (Big Grin)"/>
