Momo Yaoyorozu from "My Hero Acadamia". For those not familiar with the storyline, 80% of people are born with some kind of power or "quirk" as they are called, but only a smaller percentage are born with a quirk that has value as a superhero.... Momo's "quirk" is she's able to use her fat cells to create non-living objects. One thing I've learned from Japanese anime is they mature a whole lot quicker that we do in the states....
