I like the princesses and their dresses. Both designs are very well made and definitely deserving of praise. Each one comes with very nice shades to accompany their ruffles. You also did very good with the modelling of them both. Belle's hair looks very nice when spread out like that, and the shades really help in not making the hair spread flat. Jasmine's is also well developed, with the nice spokes to give her hair a good realism.
This time, the shades are very consistant on both princesses, an impressive sign there.
Now for the background which I am somewhat disappointed in since I have seen that image before. A small sky usually doesn't fade me, but the entire taking of a background is somewhat disappointing considering how good of an artist you are.
Also, the shadows in the background are inconsistent with the girls and their shading, but I am willing to let it slide considering how well done of a shadow it is.
I think you did a good job, though I wish that you had a more original background. Still, this is a wonderful picture with excellent vision behind it and a mastermind with dress design.
