Description

Though native to western North America, the Large Leaf Lupine has found a home in the Mountains of New Hampshire and is even celebrated with a festival. It is a rather picky Legume and not easy to grow like it's Clover cousins, since it's not fond of rich or overly moist soil. While it can take over from native plants, it can also be easily overrun by other invasive plants, such as Hardhack and Daisies. A field of Lupine is still a beautiful sight to see and smell.
