I found this picture very adorable and sweet! Maybe you should add some shading to make the characters more lively. Even if you can't shade, just try your best and see how you like your artwork! Maybe you can also make a more colorful backround, it would be able to grab more attention. Everything about this picture was very cute, but try not to make such a happy scene turn into a sad scene with Sonic, he kind of looks like he is being tortured by Cream and Blaze. I'm sure that is not the case. I love everything about this picture and it really brightens the mood of people who see it!
