Continuing the working concept art for my Winx redesign au, we're now on to transformations. For Flora I wanted to play up"Fairy of Nature" more then "Fairy of Flowers", so instead of pink as her main color I went for green. However, I kept pink as her secondary color and added yellow for a bit of variety. I like her original wings, but for my version I tried to do a sort of slashed petal shape that showed both softness and fierceness. Her gloves were inspired by her concept art, though mixed with her official ones. Her dress was hard to design, and went through several concepts before I was happy with it. I referenced pixie hollow alot for her transformation, because of use of natural materials as clothing seemed a very Lynphean thing. I gave her semitransparent heels as well to match her gloves, both inspired by the glass butterfly.

I'm drawing this series completely by hand, so no bases whatsoever! However, I am using constant references! Hope you guys like it! Next up, Musa!
