The title says it all... I'm making free icons using ~thegoldengurl99's icon base. Here is what you can get:

READ!!!

-You have a limit of 8 colors total. Not including tongue, inside ears, and paw pads.

-You have a choice of a solid background (1 color), a transparent background, or a simple background (2/3 colors) I'm also up for some rainbow backgrounds!

-I can add an eye blink animation, but I will not do it if you request black eyes. I need colored eyes for it.

-Shading and higlighting isn't required, but is an option.

-I'm also making linked icons, so I'll get two icons to connect by touching their heads and having a heart or 'best friends'. The 'best friend' can be animated because I'll make the words light up then darken. The heart can be animated by me making it beat. (All animations are optional)

-If you have a lone icon (Not linked), tell me which way you want it to face. This brown one above is facing to the left.
