Whoa, it's a Chaos Emerald!

Sketched with pencil, fully colored in GIMP. Kept the background simple so it wouldn't become distracting.
I put a lot of work into the Chaos Emerald. I painted it about five times until I liked the outcome... Thanks to MylaFox for giving me a few tips on how to do glowing stuff.
