Here are some exploratory character sketches from that comic I mentioned earlier.

This is Cedar (or was it Pine?) the fox, and Cinder (Sobek? Aegis?) the cobra. (I haven't figured out good names for them). The story takes place in a forest ruled by three factions: The good-natured foxes and forest critters, the noble, snooty wolves, and the invading Burmese pythons.

This fox and snake combo get caught in the middle of a conflict between the different factions, and struggle to choose who they should ally with.
