I had some sketches of the TF2 classes as dogs and decided to use the sketches as the base for a doggy-TF2 crossover.
As a big fan of dogs, I did some research on breeds from the countries they were from, for the most part. Took some liberties with a few things.
I had a lot of fun drawing this.

Left to right:
Pyro: Breed ???. He's a thing.
Engineer: Hound of some type. I think hound when I think southern.
Spy: French Spaniel
Heavy: Caucasian Shepherd Dog. Big breed fits big man.
Scout: Would have gone with Boston Terrier (obviously) but that breed doesn't fit the speed thing. I went with the Longhaired Whippet, a Whippet sub-type developed in America. I cheated.
Sniper: Dingo. I couldn't find any New Zealand breeds.
Demoman: Scottish Terrier.
Soldier: Australian Shepherd. Despite the name, they're American, in case you didn't know. Would have chosen a "manlier" breed, but I love Aussie merle coats.
Medic: German Shepherd. Very obvious.
