I want to talk for a minute about one of the reasons why I connected with Peppino emotionally and fell so hard for him.
When I played through Pizza Tower what I saw was a man trying to keep his passion alive, his restaurant, struggling admist corporate greed and automation, but even so... He would do anything to keep that dream alive.I related to this heavily as an artist. The current landscape for artists in 2023 is so bleak...
I work so hard and I admit it can be demoralizing sometimes, but I want to fight to keep that passion alive no matter what because art is what makes me happy. I will keep making art for as long as I can.What was it all for? Was it worth it? I think it's important to keep dreaming. Keep fighting. Fuck cringe.
Become a person that your younger self would be proud of. Have fun.
