This is from my crossover story from Sailor Moon Neo: The Battle for Kandrakar As a reward for saving the guardians from the corrupted Nerissa the Sailor Scouts were presented the Quintessence Power Orb Transformation Rod by Queen Elyon of Meridian allowing them to become the Kandrakar Sailor Scouts.
