Description

Phyllis Cole aka Wrath is the older sister of Lydia Cole or Shadow-Crawler. after the death of her parents Phyllis too wanted to make the world a better place and save people, so she used a genetic Super enhancement drug created by Hanes Tech on herself called Xcel, which enhanced her in almost everyway, speed, reflexes, motor skills, faster healing, heighten senses and even some super strength. However after taken on the name of Wrath Phyllis Cole vowed to clean up New York city by any means necessary including the execution of criminals who she felt were worthy of death, literally making herself the Judge, Jury and Executioner. It was only a matter of time before Wrath and Shadow-Crawler would end up on opposing sides !
