Ultimately, as a result of being subjected to different kinds of transformations in the past. Maya has experienced a fair amount of time in different groups. One group she hasn't experienced time as though? Robots.

And after a slight misunderstanding with newly assimilated Vebelle, Maya can now experience life as a metallic cutie for a short period of time. Just hope she doesn't short-circuit at any point.
