The end of September was pretty sour for me... mainly because, I actually got sick with Covid... I had a less monstrous version of the virus, but actually having it and the measures I had to take to protect my family reminded me a lot of how traumatic the worst of the pandemic was...

Since last Sunday, I've been out of the woods and no longer contagious, and during that time, I reached 700 Watchers! Yet trying to get back into the art swing was a little bit tricky due to artist's block (possibly from how draining being sick was)... at least I had this idea to have my Dragonsona come back as a DJ working a turntable. I think what made the idea stick was how I wanted to get into the festive atmosphere and overall fun of the holiday. Sure enough, bringing it to life was a smoother ride than I anticipated. That outfit she's wearing is one I adopted from @Starfire-vega1. In terms of what Luigi, a Boo, and the Knight are doing here, If anything, she's just using her imagination as she gets into the spirits. Plus, I just wanted to add a little bit of fun and atmosphere. I wish I could have done the colors a little bit better, but for this being something I made despite illness-induced artist's block, I really like how the image came out. Plus, I got to give these really cool new manga pens my mom gave me for my birthday a try. I think I found a new marker I'll use for my Dragonsona's wings!
