Traced from the episode "Twilight's Kingdom - Part 2".

Since this pony's position is identical to Sugarshine's, albeit with her mouth open, I decided to recolor my Sugarshine trace into Snow Shower.

This pony appeared when Tirek and Discord were in Canterlot and stealing magic from various ponies there. Because the original reference image is too blurry, I used the mane/tail palette from Sunshine Petals and the coat palette from Shoeshine for her colors.

This pony is never seen with her cutie mark in the original episode because her pegasus magic was stolen from Tirek. However, she later appeared in "Filli Vanilli" with a bluish rainbow cutie mark, so I decided to add one for her.
