Description

This is Priscilla, A P-Pal from PTV, which aired on PBS from 1993-1999. I heard about these little guys when I was 11 y.o. in 2012. I love the P-Pals so much, even though I wasn’t born to see them.

This one turned out to be soooo cute! I love her smile too! The outfit looks great on her too, and I put her hair in a bun. She likes to blow bubbles, so I made a bubble background for this one.
