I wonder if movie villains ever realise that they have the power to change the weather whenever they decide to do their epic villain laugh

Photoshop crashed when I finished this, and guess what?

...I didn't even save. I had to draw it TWICE, with this once funny character now staring right into my soul, laughing like a maniac at my efforts to draw the same goddamn stuff again

Also, have some half-assed lightning.
