Description

And from Jokioinen I did return to side of my hometown to check if there would be any ice at the rapids. There were. Quite interesting photographing them. Strong water rushing over remains of old dam, slippery, steep and stony waterfront and then me, Canon 1200D and 300mm to catch best shapes from there. Bit extreme at some moments, but really addicting too. And even better is still to come I suppose - at least in my opinion better photos did came from next day... :)

Beautiful shapes in the ice... That border between the ice and the water in the background is great too. I probably would have cropped this a bit differently (made it a portrait and a bit right of center), but this works well, as well. :)
