Not really.
Season one, new enemy old friend. At the last part. Somewhat end of the episode. Raph makes Mikey feel better.
And also the episode cockroach terminator. When chong gets Mikey and raph said something like "I won't let that thing hurt/kill my brother" or something and goes after the mutant cockroach.
And in season two, the wrath of tiger claw. When Mikey gets hurt during the fight and raph let's him rest in his arms.

not the first time raph cared for Mikey. I'm sure I missed out a few aswell.
