Pardon me, but this is Haly K from the Rockman.EXE Online forums.

This is my PyroMan, isn't it? ( A little too coincidental that they're alike if it's not...)

Y'know, if you had sent a message to me saying you got this pic done, the forums must've screwed up or something, since I got no notice that you drew my character besides asking for permission. Also, saying the original can be found 'on Rockman.exe Online in the artist gallery.' isn't exactly the bect credit you can give.

But hey, you did a great job on Pyro, now that I've seen it.
