This is one of the Special Cards called Power Card

(Think of them like Spell Cards from YGO) If you have a character listed in the text box or a Tribe listed then you can play the power card of that tribe.

This was the concpet in V3 Of The card game I created. For V4 of the game I went with a more color based system were Silver Cards can be used with Silver Characters, Blue Cards can be used with Blue, and Orange cards with orange Character. This is still in devoplment stages and such this is all I can say.
