Description

A little concept art for a story I'm working on called Dragonball Ultimate. Super Saiyan 4 makes a return but with a new design. It takes inspiration from the Journey to the West concept to fully show Goku has channeled his Saiyan heritage into his life as an earthling. This of course mixed with his training under the Gods.
