This is Cesar Apik, the first boy Half-Genie that has been born in Sequin Land.

He's 29 years old and the guardian genie AND prince of Yavne Town, the most safest town of all Sequin Land... "Why's that" you may ask? Well, it's because of his genie magic, he has the ability to hypnotize anyone he wants (both monsters and humans, even half-genies), his personality is very pricky, although he may look like the type of prince that is generous so he can hide his true intentions, he's actually the type of friend you need because he's always there for his friends, and his girlfriend Purpla.

Shantae and her friends met Cesar Apik while they were adventuring through Sequin Land, he gave them a warmly welcome to his town and explained how things there works.

Also he has a french accent because his genie mother spoke French.
