Intro Arc V3 Synopsis Working title: “Old Wounds” By Daniel Kalban Batman is summoned to GCPD Headquarters where Gordon informs him that Philo Zeiss, noted assassin, is back in Gotham and is working for some unknown gangster. Batman goes hunting for Zeiss and fights him, but Zeiss, who carries an old grudge from a previous encounter, escapes. As Batman resumes his search he comes across the neophyte hero, Ronin, who is fighting a gang in the East End. Ronin introduces himself, and claims the East End as his territory.
