The engineer patriarch ruffled its feathers as it turned the tesseract. The maker’s foliage trembled as it received the signal. Deep beneath the ground on the seventh floor, genetic building blogs started to assemble inside a womb-nodule. The herbivores had become a pest… it was time for a new predator. Hours later, a blossom opened in the darkness of the seventh floor, releasing a steaming wave of nutrient fluid. Something heavy dropped to the floor. After a minute of complete silence a soft, steady sound filled the air. A new predator was born….and it was hungry...
