Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters' Buddyroids by Taiko554 on DeviantArt (original) (raw)

These are the Buddyroids from Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters. I've always kinda wanted to try my hand at making them in pixel form, and just never got around to it or was too intimidated by their designs. And, well, I'm not a big fan of the series. So that put me off as well.

But the series is over (thankfully!), so I figured I should finally try to pixel them.

From left - right:
Ene-tan. The smallest (and oldest, I guess?) of the Buddyroids. Also, the only female and partner-less one. She comes paired with the FS-0O mecha.
Gorisaki Banana. He's the partner of Blue Buster. And an incredibly annoying voice to go with an overbearing character.
Cheeda Nick. The partner/bike of Red Buster. The only one of the core three who goes by the second part of his name (Nick/nikku = meat) rather than the first part which relates to the animal he's based on. Of the core three, probably my favorite Buddyroid. But on the other hand, partnered with a boring character who's only emotion was constipated sadness.
Usada Lettuce. Partnered with Yellow Buster. Again, an overbearing, nagging, critical character who I didn't care for at all.
Beet J. Stag. Also known as Stag Buster. The BEST Buddyroid, and very possibly the best character in the series. Definitely the best hero, even more so when paired with Jin Masato/Beet Buster. J is kinda out of it sometimes (most of the time) but is still awesome, no doubt. He and Jin injected some much needed comedy into the series and provided relief from bland characters I cared nothing about.

Those are just my opinions. I realize some people (somehow?!) liked Go-Busters. I can't fathom how, honestly. But hey, everybody's got their own cup o' tea.

Here's a link to the Go-Busters picture I made a long while ago that features all the suited rangers/senshi. [link]

Everything here is my hard work. Please don't touch anything without permission. Thanks.
