Description
Right then... another ink-portrait this week.
Since he seems to be very popular, despite his few apperances, I thought it might be a good idea doing Blurr this week. 
Personally, I have a pretty neutral opinion about Blurr. I neither like nor hate him. He's a good character, but really not one of my top 5. 
Still... I had a lot of fun doing this pic.
