Since enstarring sticks into becoming wands, requires a wand, it bears reason that an "UrWand" had to start the whole she-bang. The UrWand (location not disclosed to the rank & file) was bestowed on Voino by an entity named "Oren-Vhuh". Voino was,therefore, the first wizard.

The following doggerel jingle is still idly recited at Domdaniel, esp. in the dorms and common rooms:

"When Earth had moons four and suns two,
when forests walked,Voino flew.
When sky was green and seas grey
A hundred spells Voino did say."
