My contest entry for Taleea 's 5th Mendertale Anniversary Contest

After leaving the void, Gaster finally had a physical form to experience everything again in the outside world. That means he could finally leave Ebott and join the human world, experience spring. Maybe somewhere in his life time he had seen and felt spring outside Ebott, but after being trapped in the void for so long, spring felt like a fresh new wind again.
I painted a lot of flowers to symbolize spring (sunflower, rose, daisy, cherry blossom, etc.) with some vines and leaves reaching to the sky as they absorb sun light, like how Gaster's heart feels when he interacts with it. Merry, beauty, warmth and brightness, opposite with cold, darkness and loneliness.
