This is Queen Annabelle for our manga, Miravilia.

Annabelle is the ruler of the rival country involved in a cold war with Westanor. Westanor is ruled by King Darian [link] .
She hates Darian, by the way. Umm, she's not really a major character, so there's not much more to say. I just designed her, that's all.
