My concept design for Astrid and Hiccup’s daughter from the end of HTTYD3! Zephyr (not my idea, that’s the name chosen by Cressida Cowell, author of the book series), as I imagine her, is about nineteen years old. As future Chief of New Berk, she spends most of her time learning from her father, Chief Hiccup, about her duties to her people and the secret that they all bear: that the dragons are still very much alive. What she really loves above all else, though, is escaping to the hidden world on the back of her dragon, a Night-Light fury, the male offspring of Toothless and his mate. She wears armor made from the
scales of her dragon and carries the staff passed onto her by her grandmother, Valka.
