Ariel Did NOT Give Up Her Voice For A Man!

With the new movie out and people still slamming on Ariel for not fitting a "modern feminist", I felt like I needed to address some things that people get wrong with Ariel. I've defended Ariel in the past but I wanted to make some clear detail about the character and even the movie itself, along with concerns about the feminist agenda, particular in the case of women wanting to pursue love. I'll list these reasons in order starting with the biggest one and that's; Ariel Did NOT Give Up Her Voice For A Man! When you watch the movie think about what happened before Ariel goes to see Ursula. Her father just destroyed all her stuff, telling her she should never gather human stuff, never go to the surface and slamming on her for saving a human's life. Totally destroying her trust. Yes, Trident is trying to protect her from what he sees as dangerous and as much as we like to hate on us humans for being what we think Trident describes, not all humans are bad. In fact to even say Trident
