Description

I love Tolkien and his world, in fact I wish I lived in Middle Earth! :D
Saruman is not one of my favorite characters, but I was really drawn to his face as portrayed by Christopher Lee in the movies.

The beard was the hardest part, and it didn't quite turn out the way I wanted, but I like the colors of the painting. I think all the blues and indigos just really describe Saruman! ;)

The border is a new element for me. I don't usually paint borders around my paintings, but I really like it when others do, so I thought I'd try it.
