How do I submit stuff to groups? >.>

You go onto the group's page and click the gallery button then click "Submit to this gallery"
it should work, unless something is wrong with the folders.

May I ask why this got declined?

Mostly because it was put into the "featured" folder, or at least that's what I saw...

and I prefer it when people put their art into specific folders rather than just throwing it into the featured folder.

Ok thanks for explaining, I'll put it in the right folder then.
