also, i'm currently looking for some more active 'admins' as i want to begin doing competitions and themed sections in the page, to make it more organised

Thank you. All I know about administrating is choosing which pictures fit best with the gallery theme, I don't know if it includes blog and journal updates.

yeah basically you'd be able to do announcements, journals and blog updates, as well as have a higher priority vote on what gets accepted into the group at all (i recommend you be fairly picky, as i don't want to flood the group with crappy art)

basically i need someone to organize separate sections for the gallery, creating a folder for each skill level and for different themes
i'd do it myself but i'm organizing a benefit gig and that takes a lot of work

take a day or two to think about it, then come back with an answer, no rush
