_"Before the Archangel Project, The Abbey put a lot of its research and development infrastructure into meta-human programs, developing soldiers of impeccable strength, speed, precision and instruct on behalf of the Priest. The program initially was designed to help us create an army, but in the end proved to be ineffective for mass production, however from the ashes of this program we were able to band together with a task force with the prototypes, we called them 'Demon Hunters'. Whilst Angels patrolled the streets upholding priest law Demon Hunters worked in the shadows as assassins, Inquisitors, strike teams and shadow operatives, uprooting 'demons' where ever they see fit. Unlike their counterparts, SERAF and the Archangels Demon Hunters work under a 'Black Operative' notice, with complete level 12 and above redaction notices. Outside of The Abbey and the High Priest himself, they don't exist.
