It was said that long before the beasts that now roam who call The Valley their home, it once belonged to large beasts whose name has been long forgotten. There are traces that still remain of these ancients having existed across the land, their old ruins long reclaimed by the nature are dotted within the territories as well as in the Cursed Lands.

Alongside the ruins, are the large towering skeleton remains of the long, slowly swallowed within the land as well as concealed by forestry, the ocean and the desert. The changing of the tides happened longer than the bloodlines that now run the valley, these canid creatures appear wolf-like in appearance but are intrinsically different.

With sharp fangs, smart eyes and their own unforgiving mortality, whilst unable to wield the magic of their world, but are twisted by it and forever changed from what once they were.

Within their souls, they are different - they are reborn.

These creatures are simply known as the Valleyfolk.

Speckled has been a very active part of our community, both in content and helping to provide feedback and suggestions during our testing phase! The staff team has been very grateful for Speckled's help and has been captivated by Feldspar's story so far in Goldenwind! Thank you for all the help Speckled, and we're all looking forward to seeing where Feldspar's story will go!
