Following a poll I did some time ago, just a little something I've been working on and off for the past month. One thing I noticed while playing DDLC is that there isn't a lot of animation in it. I am fully aware this is part of the whole visual novel aesthetic the developers were going for, but it did give me an idea to execute my take on the title screen. It's kind of in line with games like Overwatch.
This is more like a "living drawing" than an actual animation and it allowed me to refine some of my after Effects techniques. I'm tempted to make one more title screen based on one of the other dokis, but for now, this will do.
