method:

- ruled grid applied to paper 5mm x 5mm

- applied grid to original photo for similar size

- manually drew to match what's on photo

- Coloured using copic markers

For the first time part of the drawing was too light for the background when scanning. No reference photo this time as the one of my relatives asked me to draw one of their photos of a scarlet robin and they have yet to upload the original online.

not 100% happy with how the chest/breast turned out in terms the shading difference. May need to see if i can invest in some lighter shades of different colours as the colours i have can only go so light in terms of colouration. That aside pretty happy with hos this one turned out, my control over grays is improving

Next drawing will be one of my own photos so i'll be sure to include the original for reference next time.
