Like most wild male salandit was unable to evolve for a very long time due to insufficient nutrition. Though eventually managed to evolve under the care of tashi. Though he specifically never wanted to battle and with the upcoming issues tashi had and her no longer being able to participate in contests he was given to thorn as another gift. but was unfortunatly seperated from his mate in the proccess.
