Just watched Invade Zim: Enter the Florpus and it was great.

Invader Zim was always airing during school hours, so I could only watch it when class ended early.
But I did end up really liking the show from the handful of episodes I got to see.

I actually binge watched the show before watching the movie and I'm surprised how well some of the jokes hold up to this day. Yeah, some episodes are a hit and miss, like all shows, but I enjoyed the series for what it was. I'm a bit bummed there aren't anything similar in today's cartoon.

Zim and Gaz was a very odd ship for me, or really any ship for that matter, within the context of the show. It's very much left to whatever the viewers head-canon are and what they want to believe.
I don't remember, the exact reason, for liking ZAGR or how it started, but I think it began from reading a certain, or maybe a couple fanfics online which sparked my imagination.
Imagining how this particular ship could ever work or how they would interact with one and another, for it to be possible, to ever lead to a romance stimulated my shipping urges. Imagining up these scenarios is a huge guilty pleasures of mine, so I'm more than happy to do so!

Since the creator of the show, 'Jhonen' recently tweeted, that the Irken species are apparently older than earth itself, tumlr and twitter decided to take the usual moral high ground by deeming any ship to be ''problematic'' and I don't really feel like getting lynched for shipping ''problematic'' ships, AGAIN, more so than what I usually get.
So I drew Gaz as an adult and now you can't touch me! HA! Checkmate! I'm using Big brain logic!

Well I hope you guys like my version of Adult Gaz and her manlet screaming space bug boyfriend. Tata
