They're all free to use as long if you credit me in any way. (They're really time consuming to make.) How to use them: Well first, you scroll through all of my provided options of various cartoon characters; Then find one you like or is good for a scene you're constructing. Download it and open up a photo editor that utilizes an image layering feature. I suggest using the photo editor from BeFunky, I love that one and it's simple to use. Add your background and implement these PNG's of characters. They're great for memes, thumbnails, video, roleplay, images, speech bubbles add-ins, etc.
