Once a humble plumber, Mario had hung up his wrench for a pair of revolvers. His mission was the same, though: rescue Princess Peach, who had been kidnapped by the notorious Koopa Kid gang. But in this world, his enemies were not just Goombas and Bowser, but also bandits and outlaws.
