Mirages little power: can create.. drumroll plz.. mirages! It has to be moist outside, the stronger the moisture in the atmosphere, like rain or fog, the stronger in physical his mirages would be. (Clones) if it's a summer hot day, no rain, not even yesterday rain,he won't create mirages.
