I just wanted to just go with a waist up for this one lol
its also hard to tell, but I used Vanessa's outfit from when Victoria was alive lol

the hat also doesn't change color because It felt weird for it to change when Victoria doesn't wear a hat and it actually means something to Vanessa so lmao
