Practice? This looks pretty good for a quick practice, he's absolutely horrifying! I keep expecting a long tongue to come sliding out of his gaping maw, or grotesquely rotten hands to grab for me. His eyes look like they'll start glowing if he spots me :3.

If you don't consider this more than a sketch, you should consider finishing him up as a complete drawing :3. Some things are just too disgusting to let rot away! =P
